What is an industrial development authority plot?
An industrial development authority (IDA) plot is a piece of industrial land allotted by a state government industrial development authority such as MIDC, SIPCOT, KIADB, or similar bodies to eligible manufacturing, IT, or industrial businesses for setting up their operations. These plots come with specific use restrictions, development conditions, and compliance requirements.
