Real estate management platform Aeria secures $1.8 million in funding led by Kalaari Capital

Aeria, a tenant experience and asset management platform for commercial real estate, has raised $1.8 Mn. in pre-seed funding led by Kalaari Capital and Foundamental along with AC Ventures, AL Trust among others. Founded by former co-founder of OxfordCaps, Priyanka Gera, accompanied by IIM alum Piyush Kateja, Aeria uses technology and AI to transform office buildings from a commodity to an experience.


ParkSmart Secures Funding from Japanese Investors and Gruhas - Nikhil Kamath's Proptech Fund

ParkSmart, a leading B2B SaaS company focused on building the largest inventory of parking spaces by providing smart parking solutions, has announced its investment from Sin Growth Partners led by Hiro Mashita, Gruhas PropTech, and strategic angels including Rajveer Ranawat (ex MD, AIG Direct Investments Europe) and Ameet Desai (ex Group CFO, Adani Group).
