About The Role

  • The Director of Sales at Sell. Do is a senior executive responsible for overseeing and leading the sales function
  • This role is critical for driving revenue growth and achieving the company's sales goals right from demand generation to deal closure
  • The Sales Director shall be responsible for India growth and International GtM across enterprise SaaS accounts
  • He will be expected to build teams and manage accounts ensuring planned SaaS metrics like LTV, CAC
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives
  • Set revenue targets and track progress, making adjustments to strategies and tactics as needed to ensure consistent growth
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities, threats, and competitive intelligence
  • Have a deep understanding of the company's products or services and their value proposition to effectively communicate with customers
  • Continuously optimize the sales process, including lead generation, qualification product demo, and conversion, to maximize efficiency and productivity
  • Should have expanded the business into other domestic and international GTMs

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in a similar strategic sales & account management role or relevant experience in B2B SaaS sales, in the technology industry
