In the heart of Mumbai, Sauvik Banerjjee, Managing Director and CEO of sirrus.ai, envisions a future where AI meets real estate innovation head-on. His mission? To redefine how developers, brokers, and homebuyers interact with property technology solutions.
“India’s fast-paced urbanization is just the beginning,” Banerjjee shares with conviction. “This fiscal year, we aim to close 100 real estate technology deals, and we’ve already reached out to over 500 developers across cities.”
In the last six months, sirrus.ai has signed 20 strategic partnerships across Pune, Hyderabad, Delhi, Mumbai, Indore, and Bhopal. The platform, backed by a cutting-edge AI accelerator, is equipping real estate stakeholders with intelligent solutions to streamline operations, automate workflows, and enhance customer experiences — from initial inquiry to property possession.
Banerjjee emphasizes the economic potential, stating, “Out of the projected USD 5-trillion Indian economy, nearly USD 1–1.5 trillion will stem from urbanization — new homes, hotels, managed rentals. Our platform is designed to support this growth.”
sirrus.ai isn’t just planning to ride the wave — it wants to amplify it.
The startup's goal is bold yet precise: reach USD 1–2 million in revenue, achieve profitability between the third and fourth year of operations, and scale at an aggressive 17x growth rate this fiscal year.
The ambition doesn’t stop at India's borders. While firmly committed to conquering the domestic market over the next 2–3 years, sirrus.ai is eyeing a future foray into Middle Eastern real estate markets, where urbanization is gaining similar momentum.
“As we expand, our core mission remains the same — to digitize, optimize, and humanize the home-buying and development journey using AI,” Banerjjee concludes.
