Recently, the company secured Rs 1,850 crore in debt funding—led by Ares Asia and SC Lowy—to fuel its expansion and unlock a staggering Rs 14,000 crore in Gross Development Value (GDV) over the next five years.

Ravindra Pai, Managing Director of Century Real Estate, sees this capital infusion as a resounding vote of confidence from global financial partners. “Securing Rs 1,850 crore in funding is a testament to the trust our financial partners place in Century Real Estate’s vision and execution. With Bengaluru’s real estate market witnessing unprecedented demand for both residential and Grade A commercial spaces, this capital empowers us to accelerate our expansion, deliver world-class developments, and reinforce our leadership,” Pai shared.

Funding Details and Strategic Growth

The funding round saw Ares Asia invest Rs 1,600 crore in two tranches and SC Lowy contribute Rs 250 crore, providing the momentum for Century’s residential and commercial ambitions across Bengaluru’s prime micro-markets. The company’s robust growth is evident—pre-sales revenue soared past Rs 1,024 crore in the first half of FY25, and residential sales bookings jumped 121% year-on-year.

Century Real Estate’s expansion is strategically aligned with Bengaluru’s north and east, regions now thriving thanks to improved metro connectivity and proximity to the airport. The city’s luxury real estate sector is booming, with global tech giants and multinational corporations driving demand for premium office spaces and upscale residences.

Ambitious Development Pipeline

The company’s development pipeline is equally ambitious, with over 10 new residential and plotted development projects planned for FY26, including a landmark mixed-use development in Whitefield and an integrated township in North Bengaluru.
