Brookfield Asset Management has sold a 50% stake in its Pune-based Bluegrass Business Park to Mumbai’s 360 ONE Asset for Rs 2,400 crore. The property covers 6.1 acres and comprises major office and retail space, with Mastercard’s largest GCC in Tower A and a newly developed Tower B. Brookfield retains the management, development, and leasing responsibilities for the asset.
According to 360 ONE Asset, this investment highlights its ongoing strategy to expand institutionally managed real estate assets in India’s best-performing markets, blending stable properties with development-driven growth. Legal counsel for Brookfield was Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas and Veritas Legal represented 360 ONE Asset.
Brookfield plans to triple investments in India to $100 billion over five years, anticipating robust demand in infrastructure and clean energy. The firm is also reportedly interested in acquiring ESR India’s warehousing portfolio.
