The developer’s massive success can be attributed to two marquee projects: The Valley Gardens and The Valley Orchards. Both these residential masterpieces, part of the expansive 175-acre DLF Valley Township, have set a new benchmark in premium living.
Launched in 2022, The Valley Gardens has redefined opulence in Panchkula. Sprawled across 34 acres, this exclusive development offers luxury independent floors on 500-square-yard and 269-square-yard plots. With total sales exceeding Rs 1,150 crore, the project has witnessed an overwhelming demand. The 4BHK+Study units have been sold at prices exceeding Rs 4 crore, reflecting the soaring interest in high-end residences.
DLF’s latest offering, The Valley Orchards, unveiled in December 2023, has added another feather to the company’s cap. Spanning 15.8 acres, this low-rise community features 512 meticulously designed residences in 3BHK and 3BHK+Study configurations. In its latest Q3 FY25 results, the company reported a 61% increase in consolidated net profit, reaching Rs 1,058.73 crore for the quarter ending December 31, 2024. The company’s statement highlighted record-breaking new sales bookings of Rs 12,093 crore, fueled by its flagship luxury project, The Dahlias in DLF 5, Gurugram, which alone amassed Rs 11,816 crore in bookings.
With total new sales bookings standing at Rs 19,187 crore for the first nine months of FY25, DLF has already surpassed its annual sales target, solidifying its position as a frontrunner in the Indian real estate sector.
