On June 13, 2025, the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) unveiled an exciting new chapter for the region’s real estate landscape. The launch of a premium group housing plot scheme near the upcoming Noida International Airport at Jewar signals a bold leap forward for infrastructure and urban development in the Delhi NCR region. With three prime plots on offer—including a marquee 30,000 sq m parcel in Sector Sigma III—the scheme is set to attract developers seeking to shape the future of living in one of India’s most dynamic corridors.

The second plot, GH-02E in Sector Mu, spans 18,215 sq m and is priced at ₹53,403 per sq m, totaling ₹97.2 crore. The third plot, located in Sector Alpha II, covers 3,999.80 sq m and carries the highest per sq m reserve price among the trio at ₹62,940, amounting to ₹25.17 crore.

These parcels are not just prized for their proximity to the airport but also for their seamless connectivity to the eastern and western dedicated freight corridors, as well as the Noida and Yamuna expressways. A Clear Path to Development

The GNIDA scheme outlines a transparent and efficient development timeline. Successful bidders must deposit 10% of the premium as earnest money alongside their application, with the remaining 90% due within 90 days of allotment. Construction must be completed within seven years of the deed being issued, with a mandate to finish the first phase within three years—failing which, extension charges will apply on a pro-rata basis.
