The RICS Mediation Training Programme India 2025

The RICS Mediation Training Programme India 2025 is an intensive six-day workshop scheduled from May 12 to 17, 2025, at IIAC Delhi, New Delhi. Organized by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), this program aims to develop professionals' knowledge, skills, and confidence to act as effective mediators within the land, property, construction, and infrastructure sectors.

The workshop provides a structured approach to both facilitative and evaluative mediation, combining expert-led training, role-play exercises, and real-world case studies. Participants will receive in-depth coaching and feedback from experienced trainers and peers, ensuring the development of practical mediation skills.

Course Modules

• Module 1: Introduction to Mediation and Mediation Advocacy (Dates: 9 – 11 June 2025)
• Module 2: Practical Mediation Skills and Assessment (Dates: 18 – 19 June 2025)

Upon successful completion, participants can apply for RICS Accredited Mediator status, a globally recognized qualification in dispute resolution. The program is also recognized by leading bodies such as:

• Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb)
• International Mediation Institute (IMI)
• Civil Mediation Council (CMC)

These recognitions enhance professional credibility in mediation.
