Brigade Enterprises Achieves Record Sales, 69% PAT Growth, and Declares Dividend

Brigade Enterprises Delivers Landmark Performance in FY25

Bengaluru-based Brigade Enterprises has set a new benchmark in South India’s real estate sector, reporting its highest-ever annual sales of Rs 7,847 crore for the financial year 2024–25-a robust 31% jump from the previous year. The company achieved a sales volume of 7.05 million square feet and saw collections surge by 23% to Rs 7,250 crore, underscoring strong demand across its residential, office, retail, hospitality, and education segments.

Financial Highlights and Growth Momentum

Brigade’s operational cash flow rose 36% to Rs 2,135 crore, reflecting healthy liquidity and operational efficiency. Despite this stellar performance, the company’s share price dipped 2.3% after reaching a three-month high, closing at Rs 1,065.50 on Thursday. Year-to-date, the stock remains down over 14%, but it has gained 12.38% in the past month and continues to hover near its 200-day exponential moving average.

For Q4 FY25, Brigade posted a sales value of Rs 2,448 crore-a 9% increase over the same quarter last year-with collections rising to Rs 1,929 crore. The leasing segment was a standout, notching a 34% revenue jump to Rs 331 crore. For the full year, leasing revenue rose 24% to Rs 1,165 crore, while retail consumption grew by 4%.

The consolidated revenue for FY25 stood at Rs 5,314 crore, up 5% year-on-year. EBITDA climbed 21% to Rs 1,654 crore, with a margin of 31%. Profit After Tax (PAT) soared by 69% to Rs 680 crore, reflecting robust profitability and operational excellence.

Dividend and Future Outlook

The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of Rs 2.5 per equity share for FY25, with the record date yet to be announced. Brigade’s Managing Director described FY25 as a “landmark year,” driven by sustained demand and a healthy development pipeline of 26 million square feet in progress and another 15 million in the pipeline. As of March 31, 2025, Brigade has delivered over 100 million square feet of built-up space since its inception.
