The City and Industrial Development Corporation (CIDCO) has officially initiated plans to develop a massive 924-acre Integrated Logistics Park (ILP) near Chirle Village, Navi Mumbai. By integrating essential social and industrial amenities, the park aims to provide a future-ready ecosystem for trade and manufacturing.
The core strength of the project lies in its unparalleled location, which ensures seamless multi-modal connectivity. The site is strategically positioned to leverage several key infrastructure developments that are currently reshaping the Mumbai Metropolitan Region:

Beyond physical infrastructure, the ILP is a key component of the state’s broader economic strategy. Aligned with the Maharashtra Logistics Policy, the initiative seeks to reduce overall logistics costs and attract significant capital inflow into the region. CIDCO intends for the park to create a diverse business environment that includes:
The development of the 924-acre logistics park underscores Navi Mumbai’s transition into a central pillar of India's trade infrastructure. By securing early-stage participation from private stakeholders through the current bidding process, CIDCO is laying the groundwork for a robust, integrated logistics network that will serve both regional and national trade needs for decades to come.
