Concentrix Daksh Services India Private Limited, a global leader in customer experience and technology services, has secured a significant office space in Gurugram. According to property registration documents accessed by Propstack, the company has inked a five-year lease for approximately 1.6 lakh square feet of office space located in Sector 32. This move underscores the continued demand for high-quality physical infrastructure in India's leading commercial hubs despite the broader rise of automation and remote work models.
The lease agreement details a substantial financial commitment by the customer experience major. The key parameters of the transaction include:
The newly leased space spans a chargeable area of 1.61 lakh square feet and covers six entire floors within the building. As part of the strategic deal, the landlord has provided 173 dedicated parking spaces on a right-to-use basis at no additional cost to the tenant. The location in Sector 32 is considered a prime institutional area, offering established connectivity to the Delhi-Gurugram Expressway and other critical transit networks.
Industry analysts view this expansion as a powerful signal for the Delhi-NCR commercial real estate market. Raja Seetharaman, co-founder of Propstack, noted that such large-scale commitments by global leaders highlight that physical campuses remain a "mechanical necessity" for scaling sophisticated operations and maintaining enterprise culture. This transaction follows a pattern of high-volume leasing in the region, including major deals earlier this year by IBM India (2.3 lakh sq ft) and TableSpace Technologies (1.45 lakh sq ft).
The Gurugram office market continues to show resilience, with a diverse range of occupiers from the IT, BFSI, and coworking sectors competing for Grade-A assets. Notable 2025 transactions in the region included Google taking 6.17 lakh sq ft at Atrium Place and Zomato leasing 2.7 lakh sq ft. These multi-year commitments reflect a clear preference among multinational corporations for well-located, high-quality spaces that can support rapid scaling and evolving ways of working.
