Dar Global, the London-listed luxury real estate company, has partnered with Italian luxury brand Fendi Casa to launch Azure Oceanfront Villas, a collection of ultra-luxury mansions within the landmark AIDA clifftop community in Muscat, Oman. Conceived by Dar Global, AIDA ranks among the most expansive and exclusive mixed-use real estate developments globally, and the new villa launch marks the project's latest addition.
A Vast Clifftop Destination
AIDA spans over 4.3 million sq m and is targeted at international investors and buyers, blending nature, luxury and lifestyle across the site. The community includes world-class hotels, an 18-hole golf course, an exclusive members-only club, and a mix of residential offerings spanning upscale villas and apartments. It sits on a 130-metre-high cliff, surrounded by rocky canyons, pristine beaches and the wider Oman coastline.

The launch introduces 19 mansions with direct beach access, each finished with Fendi Casa's signature Italian craftsmanship and high-end design. The villas are positioned with unobstructed sea views, offering privacy and seclusion for a select group of residents. Each comes with spacious floor plans and private amenities, including an outdoor pool and a dedicated gym.

A First for Dar Global and for Oman
Ziad El Chaar, CEO of Dar Global, said the launch "reflects Dar Global's commitment to identifying and unlocking high-value real estate opportunities in growth markets." He pointed to investor appetite for branded residences and supportive government initiatives as key drivers behind Oman's luxury property sector reaching what he described as a turning point. El Chaar added that the Fendi Casa partnership brings Italian design credentials to the project and strengthens AIDA's position as a gateway for global investors seeking long-term value and design-led living.
The project marks the first collaboration between Dar Global and Fendi Casa on a residential development, and it also represents a milestone for Oman more broadly. Azure Oceanfront Villas becomes the first development in the sultanate to feature interiors designed by the in-house brand of a luxury fashion Maison, setting a new benchmark for branded residential offerings in the market.
