The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is offering 2,516 lower-income group (LIG) flats in Narela. They are part of the DDA Awaas Nivesh Yojana 2026. The flats come at a 25 percent discount. Prices start at around Rs 15 lakh.
Bookings are open on a first-come, first-served basis. All applications and transactions must be processed through the DDA's dedicated Awaas Portal.
The brochure will list plinth areas, prices, sectors, and pockets in Narela, along with terms and conditions.
Interested buyers can download the brochure from the DDA website from October 13. They can then register on the Awaas Portal at eservices.dda.org.in from noon on October 14.
The Rs 2,500 fee covers onboarding on the portal. Booking starts at noon on October 20, along with the Rs 1 lakh booking amount.
Further details on eligibility, flat specifications, locations, and terms are in the brochure.
Applicants must pay a booking amount of Rs 1 lakh. A one-time, non-refundable registration fee of Rs 2,500 is also required to register on the portal, a DDA circular said. Those already registered on the portal do not need to register again.
The 2,516 flats are in Narela across two pockets in Sectors G2 to G6.
These are estimated prices after the 25 percent discount.
The final price of an individual flat may vary depending on its actual plinth area, the circular said. DDA has also cautioned that the number of flats may increase or decrease.

DDA says the scheme aims to provide affordable housing to aspirational sections of society.
It also forms part of its effort to develop Narela into a more vibrant and liveable sub-city.
