1. American Culture Center, Marine Lines

Purchased for ₹56 crore in December 2024, this ground-plus-7-storey structure in Marine Lines boasts breathtaking views of the Mumbai Harbour and Marine Drive. Envisioned as a premium commercial development, the site spans 1,337.81 sq. m. with an estimated build-up of 60,000 sq. ft.

2. Chowpatty Residential Marvel

Overlooking the scenic Chowpatty Beach, this project is tailored for luxury seekers, with an exclusive 50,000 sq. ft. of residential space. Combining views with visionary design, it reflects the heart of coastal elegance.

3. Naigaon: A Township Dream in the Making

HoABL’s crown jewel lies in Naigaon, where over 3 million sq. ft. is being developed into an integrated high-rise township. With vibrant retail streets, residential towers, and premium lifestyle amenities, the project emphasizes community living close to renowned schools, hospitals, and retail zones.

Launch & Completion Timeline
