The rebranding was unveiled through a dynamic digital campaign, #BeyondDimensions, designed to engage and inspire. The campaign unfolded in three phases—teaser, engagement, and launch—each highlighting the brand’s renewed commitment to emotional connection and lifestyle enrichment. House of Swamiraj is not just building structures; it is crafting experiences that resonate on a deeper, more personal level.
The shift to House of Swamiraj reflects a strategic repositioning, embedding emotional intelligence, sustainable living, and design innovation into the brand’s philosophy. “Changing our name to House of Swamiraj is not just about a new look,” explains Jason Samuel, Director. “It’s about staying true to who we are while preparing for what’s next. To mark this transformation, House of Swamiraj has announced three new residential projects with a combined investment of ₹2.1 billion. Two projects are located off Pokhran Road No. 1 in Thane (West)—an affordable 2BHK lifestyle community and a mixed 1BHK–2BHK development, together accounting for ₹1.6 billion in investment. The third project, a premium residential tower in Ambernath (West) valued at ₹50 crore, is set to redefine modern living in emerging urban centres.
