In a landmark real estate transaction, veteran Bollywood actor Jeetendra Kapoor and his family have sold a prime land parcel in Mumbai’s bustling Andheri district for ₹855 crore. The 9,664.68 sq m property was acquired by NTT Global Data Centers and Cloud Infrastructure India Private Limited, formerly known as Netmagic IT Services, a leading provider of cloud, hosting, and cybersecurity solutions.
The sale was executed through two family-owned firms—Pantheon Buildcon Private Limited and Tusshar Infra Developers Private Limited—according to property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards. The transaction attracted a stamp duty of ₹8.69 crore and registration fees of ₹30,000, highlighting the scale of the deal in one of Mumbai’s most sought-after commercial and residential hubs.
Andheri’s status as a major business and entertainment zone continues to attract big-ticket real estate transactions. In recent months, Bollywood personalities have been active in the area’s property market. In May, actor Jaideep Ahlawat and his wife Jyoti Hooda purchased an apartment in Andheri West for ₹10 crore, while in April, playback singer Alka Yagnik and her daughter Syesha Kapoor acquired a luxury apartment in Oberoi Sky Heights for ₹11.5 crore.
NTT Global Data Centers’ acquisition signals the growing demand for digital infrastructure in Mumbai. The company, a global leader in data management and cloud solutions, is poised to leverage this strategic location to enhance its offerings in India’s thriving tech landscape.
