Nirala World, a leading real estate developer, is set to transform Greater Noida West with two ambitious mixed-use projects—Nirala Gateway in Sector 12 and Nirala Diadem in Sector 10. With a combined investment of ₹10 billion, these developments will seamlessly blend retail, office spaces, and serviced studio apartments, redefining the urban landscape for both residents and investors.

Land acquisition for each project is budgeted at ₹2 billion, while construction costs are estimated at ₹3–3.5 billion per site. This strategic allocation underscores Nirala World’s commitment to quality and scale, even as rising land prices across Noida and Greater Noida put pressure on developer margins.
In addition to Nirala Gateway and Diadem, the developer is making rapid progress on Nirala Drive and Nirala Trio in Sector 2. To diversify risk and capture new demand, Nirala World is also exploring other NCR markets, including Gurugram, signaling a broader vision for regional expansion.
