LOGISTEED Poland has extended its lease and expanded its footprint at Panattoni Park Warsaw North II, bringing its total space at the park to 50,000 sqm.
The deal represents an 18% increase on the operator's previous allocation and has simultaneously achieved full commercialisation of the development, leaving no vacant space across the park. Advisory firm Renthis Estate supported both parties in the transaction.
Robert Łobas, Warehouse Product Manager at LOGISTEED Poland, said the decision to increase space at the park stems from dynamic growth in volumes, with the expanded warehouse enabling faster customer service and improved operational efficiency in what he described as a key region of the country.
He added that the move forms part of the company's long-term strategy for developing contract logistics across Poland and the wider Central and Eastern European region a signal that this expansion is not a short-term fix but a calculated step in a multi-market growth plan.

Michał Samborski, Head of Development at Panattoni, said the combination of lease extension and space increase confirms what he described as increasingly important factors for tenants: not just location and facility quality, but the opportunity for further growth within an existing park.
Full commercialisation alongside a significant tenant expansion is a strong outcome for the development, reinforcing Panattoni Park Warsaw North II's standing as one of the most important logistics centres in the northern part of the Warsaw metropolitan area.
Aneta Ławnikowicz, Managing Director of Renthis Estate, noted that the location chosen several years ago continues to meet the needs of a growing tenant a point that matters beyond this single transaction.
In a logistics market where new parks are regularly entering the pipeline, the ability to retain and grow an anchor tenant to full occupancy is the clearest possible endorsement of a park's long-term commercial viability. For Panattoni, it adds another data point to a Warsaw industrial portfolio that has consistently attracted operators looking to scale their Polish operations.
