Panoramiqa 2 Foundation Slab Completed Early

BPI Real Estate Poland has reached another important milestone in the development of Panoramiqa 2 in Poznań, with the foundation slab for the building completed one month ahead of schedule. This marks a significant step forward for the residential development, which follows the first phase of the project.

CFE Polska is the general contractor on the project, working alongside BPI Real Estate Poland to bring this next stage of construction to completion ahead of the original build timeline.

160 apartments planned for the Poznań development

The building at the centre of this construction milestone will comprise 160 apartments once complete. Reaching the foundation slab stage a month early gives the project a head start heading into its next construction phases, ahead of the original build timeline.

For a residential scheme of this size, an early foundation milestone can carry through into later stages of construction, helping to keep the wider build programme on track.

What BPI Real Estate says about the milestone

Mariusz Gajżewski, Head of Sales, Marketing and Communication at BPI Real Estate Poland, said delivering projects on schedule is standard practice for the company, but that completing this key stage of construction a month early reflects effective organisation, close cooperation with contractors and efficient management of the construction process.

He said the achievement reflects the commitment of the entire team and the company's consistent approach to project delivery, adding that being ahead of schedule provides greater predictability throughout the development process, an important factor in building customer confidence and demonstrating the developer's reliability in meeting its commitments.

According to Gajżewski, this kind of predictability plays directly into how confident buyers can feel about a developer's ability to deliver on the timelines it sets out.

Continuing the architectural vision of phase one

Panoramiqa 2 is being developed as a continuation of the first phase completed at the same location. The new buildings maintain the architectural character of the first phase while further developing the project's urban concept.

The development's distinctive architecture has been designed to meet the needs of contemporary residents while integrating harmoniously into Poznań's urban fabric. By building on the design language already established in the first phase, the developer is positioning Panoramiqa 2 as a natural extension of the existing site rather than a standalone addition.
