
Hospitality asset-owner Sunday PropTech (also known as OYO Assets), backed by PRISM, is targeting an EBITDA of about ₹42 crore for FY26 - its first full fiscal year of operations. The company plans to drive this growth by acquiring and operating a larger portfolio of hotels under its Sunday Hotels and Palette Hotels brands.
As part of its aggressive expansion plan, Sunday PropTech is looking to acquire a total of 12 hotels in FY26. So far, it has signed agreements for seven properties. These are expected to significantly contribute to its revenue base as the company scales its operations.
Looking further ahead, Sunday PropTech is planning for a threefold growth in EBITDA to ~₹119 crore in FY27. The company projects its full-year revenue to reach ~₹222 crore in the same year, driven by both organic growth and its expanding hotel portfolio.
To fuel its growth, Sunday PropTech recently raised ₹50 crore from a consortium that includes InCred and Analah. This capital is expected to support further hotel acquisitions and help the company scale its operations efficiently.
