A Star’s Sanctuary in the City of Dreams
Bollywood actor Randeep Hooda has added a touch of glamour to Mumbai’s real estate landscape with the acquisition of a luxurious apartment in the vibrant Versova locality of Andheri West. Valued at ₹5.63 crore, this new residence is situated in the prestigious Bianca CHS building, occupying the 8th floor and offering a generous built-up area of 1,530 square feet. The transaction, registered on June 10, 2025, underscores the enduring appeal of Andheri West among the city’s elite.
The apartment, purchased from Esha Chandra, comes with a stamp duty payment of ₹33.78 lakh and a registration fee of ₹30,000. While both buyer and seller have remained silent on the deal, the move highlights Hooda’s continued investment in Mumbai’s thriving property market. The Bianca CHS is more than just a residential address—it is a symbol of modern urban living, blending comfort with connectivity.
According to SquareYards, Andheri West is strategically positioned between Mumbai’s bustling business districts and lively entertainment zones. This dynamic neighborhood has evolved into a sought-after destination, featuring state-of-the-art office complexes, co-working spaces, upscale retail outlets, entertainment centers, and premium residential developments. Its prime location and robust infrastructure make it a magnet for professionals, artists, and business leaders alike.
Randeep Hooda, who made his film debut in Mira Nair’s acclaimed Monsoon Wedding (2001), has since carved a niche for himself in Indian cinema. His breakthrough role in Once Upon a Time in Mumbai (2010) catapulted him to fame, and he has since starred in notable films such as Saheb, Biwi Aur Gangster (2011), Jannat 2 (2012), Highway (2014), Sarbjit (2016), and blockbuster hits like Kick (2014) and Sultan (2016). Hooda has also ventured into Hollywood with Extraction (2020) and charmed audiences with his performance in the TV series CAT (2022).
Hooda’s purchase is part of a broader trend of high-profile real estate transactions in Andheri West. Over the past month, actor Jaideep Ahlawat acquired two apartments for ₹20 crore, while Indian cricketer Shivam Dube secured a luxury home for ₹27 crore in the same building as comedian Kapil Sharma and singer Mika Singh. These deals highlight the neighborhood’s growing status as a preferred address for India’s celebrities and influencers.
As Mumbai continues to evolve, Andheri West remains at the forefront of the city’s real estate renaissance. With its blend of commercial vitality and residential charm, it is poised to attract even more discerning buyers in the years ahead.
