In a groundbreaking venture, Bengaluru-based real estate giant RMZ Corp and the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB) have committed a staggering $750 million to redefine Mumbai's commercial skyline. Their ambitious project, RMZ Nexus, is set to rise on the iconic grounds of Kamal Amrohi Studio, nestled along the Jogeshwari-Vikhroli Link Road.
This prime location bridges the western and eastern express highways, making it a strategic hub for connectivity and commerce. Spanning an impressive 10.94 acres, this development symbolizes Mumbai’s transformation into a global business destination.
Once home to the legendary Kamal Amrohi Studio, this storied site will now house a cutting-edge commercial campus. Set to be completed by 2027, RMZ Nexus will feature six towering structures with a combined built-up area of 3.74 million square feet.
This project reflects a bold vision—a metro-integrated office space seamlessly linking Mumbai’s bustling western and eastern corridors. With direct access to South Mumbai, it offers unmatched convenience and accessibility for businesses.
The office park will redefine corporate culture, combining workspaces with unique lifestyle amenities. RMZ has already delivered 75 million square feet of premium construction, maintaining an astounding 98% occupancy rate across its properties.
Some of the world’s top enterprises, including UPS Technologies, HSBC Software, and Nielsen IQ, are among RMZ’s 800+ tenants. In a recent milestone, RMZ leased 360,000 square feet of office space to Chevron Global Technology at its Ecoworld 30-series campus in Bengaluru.
