ZOOD Real Estate has launched Élevée, a mixed-use development in Riyadh's Al-Nakheel district with an investment value exceeding SAR 2.5 billion.
Designed by Spanish architecture firm Elia and developed in strategic partnership with Jadwa Investment, the project is scheduled for completion by the end of 2029.
The development brings residential, hospitality, office and retail spaces together in one destination.
According to ZOOD Real Estate CEO Yasser Al-Qazlan, the vision is to create a connected community that combines contemporary architecture with Saudi identity, comfort and privacy.
Élevée is planned around eight main towers, supported by separate retail buildings and shared outdoor spaces. The development's components include:
This combination is intended to bring homes, workplaces, hospitality and everyday services into one connected urban environment.
Rather than focusing exclusively on buildings, the project aims to create a destination where residents, workers and visitors can access different facilities within the same development.
Green areas and outdoor planning form a major part of Élevée. More than 40% of the project is allocated to open space and landscaping, with several features designed to create a more connected outdoor environment.
The development also plans a range of shared amenities across its buildings.
These include a nursery, children's club, business lounge, swimming pools, cafés, restaurants and a gym.
A civil defence centre, along with 24-hour reception and security, is also included. The availability of individual facilities varies by building.

Élevée is located in Al-Nakheel, northern Riyadh, an area surrounded by homes, offices, schools and services.
The Northern Ring Road provides connections to the King Abdullah Financial District and King Khalid International Airport.
This road access supports the project's aim of bringing different aspects of daily life together while maintaining connections to key destinations across the city.

At the launch, CEO Yasser Al-Qazlan described Élevée as an expression of the company's approach to creating places that offer comfort, privacy and a sense of belonging.
The project combines a contemporary architectural style with an emphasis on the local setting.
The partnership with Jadwa Investment and the design work by Elia are central to the development.
With a planned completion date at the end of 2029, Élevée represents ZOOD Real Estate's effort to create an integrated destination rather than a conventional standalone property project.
Its mix of housing, offices, hospitality, retail and landscaped spaces places the development among Riyadh's large-scale mixed-use projects currently being brought to market.
