| Details of Modification of plan sanction / layout brief description | Initially plans were approved for 2 Basements + Ground + 8 Floors with 216 units by Hoskote Planning Authority (HPA), Hoskote. Later the subject project land has come under the jurisdiction of Satellite Town Ring Road (STRR) Authority and we were hoping of getting higher FSI under STRR Authority. Subsequently we have applied for and obtained revised sanction from STRR Authority for higher FSI with 2 Basement + Ground + 14 Floors with 390 units which we got in the month of Nov 2018. Also, as per the guidelines of HPA, under group housing, we were supposed to make a provision for civic amenities of 5% only which was considered while getting approval from HPA. Once the jurisdictional authority changed to STRR, as per their bylaws, we were forced to make additional reservation for STRR buffer of another 5%. Hence we had to rework on our entire drawings to accommodate this additional reservation. Thus the plans of Sowparnika Columns are modified from 2B+G+8 Floors with 216 units 2B+G+14 Floors with 390 units. |
