Details of Modification of plan sanction / layout brief descriptionThe project ‘Brigade Insignia’ is being developed by Brigade Tetrarch Pvt. Ltd. (‘Brigade’). The building plan for the residential buildings in the project was sanctioned by Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) and accordingly, we submitted the said plan with RERA for registering the project. The project was approved, and RERA certificate was issued for the said project. Subsequently after the project was approved by RERA, Brigade acquired TDR & utilised for the project, accordingly we obtained revised Development Plan from BDA. Subsequently, we submitted to Bangalore North City Corporation (BNCC) for the modification of sanctioned building plan to the project, for an increase from 2 Basement, Ground plus 15 Upper Floors (as per earlier sanction) to 3 Basements, Ground plus 18 Upper Floors. BNCC has approved the modification and sanctioned the building plan for 3 Basements + Ground Floor + 18 Upper Floors. In view of the aforesaid deployment of TDR to the project in the name of Brigade, Brigade is submitting for modification to the RERA registration bearing No. PRM/KA/RERA/1251/309/PR/180524/006894.
