Details of Modification of plan sanction / layout brief descriptionBrigade obtained NOCs from all the concerned departments/ authorities for the construction of the said project and accordingly, KIADB issued building plan sanction vide No. KIADB/DO-3&EE/1042/2019-20 dated 20.03.2020, thereby permitting Brigade to construct 1 Basement + Ground + 24 Upper Floors for Feldspar Block. Subsequently, considering that the project is in close proximity to Yelahanka Airbase, in the interest of the project at large, Brigade applied to the authorities to seek their approval for height, though that was not part of mandatory requirements of the approval authority, i.e., KIADB. Thereafter, Brigade received response from the authorities giving clearances for heights lower than what was previously approved by KIADB with height restriction. In view of imposition of height restriction, Brigade sought for revised plan sanction before KIADB. Accordingly, KIADB issued the revised building plan sanction on 12.01.2024. By virtue of which the Feldspar block is being modified to reduce the floors from 1 Basement + Ground + 24 Upper Floors to 1 Basement + Ground + 21 Upper Floors and slight variations in the typology of the units, thus resulting in slight changes in areas of the apartment/ units to match the requirements of the Project. Apart from the above, there are no other changes in the said project.
