Details of Modification of plan sanction / layout brief descriptionAt the time of our initial registration with RERA, we had proposed a structure consisting of a basement plus ground floor plus three additional floors, as Transferable Development Rights (TDR) were not readily available in the market. This limitation affected our design, and we could only proceed with the B+G+3 structure at that time. Recently, we have successfully acquired the necessary TDR, allowing us to add one more floor within the permissible limits. As a result, we are requesting approval to modify the project plan to add one additional floor, making the new structure B+G+4 floors. We assure you that all modifications will be conducted in compliance with the latest building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. This expansion will enhance the project’s value and offer additional residential units, which we believe will contribute positively to the local real estate market.
