Details of Modification of plan sanction / layout brief description1. We, Puravankara Limited (the "Respondent”/ “Promoter ") is a company registered under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 having its principal place of business at Bangalore and is engaged in the business of real estate development. The Respondent is the developer of the real estate project named PROVIDENT PARKSQUARE PHASE 5 (the "Project") bearing RERA Reg No. PRM/KA/RERA/1251/310/PR/200226/003305. the said phase is comprising of towers 1A, 2A,2B, 3A, 3B, 6. 2. Therefore, we hereby wish to state and submit that we have applied for modification of plan only for the Tower 6 before the planning authority BDA for modification of plan without changing any land area of the project. as we also hereby wish to state and submit that previously the plan has been taken to 1 BHK flats in the aforementioned tower i.e Tower 6, now the same has been modified and converted to 2BHK and 3 BHK flats. Earlier the total units in the tower 6 was 118 and after the modification of the plan the total unit of the said tower is 66. 3. We also state and submit that the modification has not affected any others towers except the Tower 6 in which we have not sold the same for the allotees. 4. We state that we have not booked, sold, offered to sell or invited persons to purchase apartment units in the Tower 6 in which we are modified. Additionally, we have not entered into any agreement with any person nor have made any offers for sale to the general public or individual parties. Therefore, we hereby request this Hon’ble authority the consider and grant the modification approval.
