The project consists of 12 towers & a clubhouse which has been developed in phases comprising of 3 BHK,4 BHK and few 2 BHK apartments & penthouses. Total number of apartments proposed is about 1131 and developed in phases. The project offers about 85% open space & amenities like tennis courts, swimming pool, basketball court, central park, putting green, cricket pitch with nets, outdoor gym, bird nesting areas, amphitheatre etc., The project is environmental friendly and IGBC pre-certified gold. The Project is partially complete with Towers A and B , handed over to the purchasers. For this proposal to RERA , Phase comprising of Tower- F in Cluster-IV is considered. Tower F is GF+27 Floors comprising of 108 apartments, with two common basements. The land area , covered area and open area along with facilities and amenities mentioned herein is common for the whole Project .
