All electrical wirings are concealed with PVC insulated copper wire with semi-modular switches. All Internal walls painted by using Asian Paints with tractor-emulsion. Outside painting using Asian Paint with AS. The apartment has 24- hour water, electricity and Lift facility with back-up power
