The society has purchased the above referred converted lands and obtained the Plan Approval from the Directorate of Town and Country Planning ( DTCP) , Mysore. The Local Authority – Beerihundi Village Panchayath has released 60% of the Sites i.e., 21 Sites out of 38 Sites of Various measurments. The Panchayath Authority has also issued Khatha for the Released Sites in the name of the Secretary,Deepa House Building Co-Op Society Ltd., and collected ite tax for the financial year 2020-21. The development works like storm water drains, mud roads, marking and numbering of sites , parks works, laying of water lines and sewage lines is completed. Works like metalling , Black Topping of of roads, Electrification works are yet to be carried out . Layout Formation with all amenities like Asphalted Road, Storm water Drains, Culverts, Water Lines and individual connection to all sites , Borewells, Sewage Line and individual connection to all sites, complete Electrification including Street lights, Development of Parks , Pathways and other facilities. Society offers peaceful space for living integrated with good infrastructure and generating residential plots of all segments.
