| Specification Details of Proposed Project as per the Brochure/ Prospectus | 1. Structure :- The structure shall be designed as per NBC norms in RCC and walls in block work with plaster of paris. 2. Flooring :- The common areas shall have marble/granite finished whereas the shops or tenant fit out areas shall be done by the respective occupants. 3. Wall Finishing :- The external walls shall be in combination of marble/granite and plaster walls with paint finish as per the architecture design. 4. Sanitary Fittings :- The building shall have low flow sanitary fixes for water conservation and number of fixtures to comply with local building by laws. 5. Electrical Fittings :- The electrical fittings and lightings shall be provided as per NBC (National Building Code) Norms. 6. Kitchen :- This is a commercial retail project and hence no kitchen is to be provided by the promoters. Incase of restraunts / F & B tenants kitchen shall be provided by the tenants themselves. |
