Structure :- Structure design of the project at Beverly Golf avenue, Sector-65, SAS Nagar, Mohali has been designed as per the NBC and relevant IS Codes for all seismic loads, all dead loads, live loads, wind pressure and structural safety from earthquake of the intensity expected under Zone IV. 2. Flooring :- Flooring inside the bedrooms and lobby is provided with Vitrified tiles, master bedroom is provided with Laminated wooden flooring, toilets and balconies are provided with Anti-skid Tiles. 3. Wall Finishing :- Wall finishing will be provided with Enamel Paint over Gypsum coating on Brick wall. 4. Sanitary Fittings :- Sanitary fittings like Taps, WC, Washbasin and Bathtub will be provided of approved makes, chinaware in white colour and taps in chrome. 5. Electrical Fittings :- Electrical fittings including conduits, metal boxes, wiring and switch plates will be provided as per the design and standards. 6. Kitchen :- Modular kitchen will be provided inside the flat with modular fittings, ss sink, provisions of Chimney, exhaust, RO, and geyser.
