Specification Details of Proposed Project as per the Brochure/ Prospectus1. Structure :- Structure design of the project has been designed as per the NBC and relevant IS Codes for all seismic loads, all dead loads, live loads, wind pressure and structural safety from earthquake of the intensity expected under Zone IV. 2. Flooring :- Flooring inside the project would be Vitrified tiles, toilets and balconies are provided with Anti-skid Tiles. 3. Wall Finishing :- Wall finishing will be provided with Enamel Paint over Gypsum coating on Brickwall. 4. Sanitary Fittings :- Sanitary fittings like Taps, WC, Washbasin will be provided of approved makes, chinaware in white colour and taps in chrome. 5. Electrical Fittings :- Electrical fittings including conduits, metal boxes, wiring and switch plates will be provided as per the design and standards. 6. Kitchen :- Would be provided as per requirements of the food court operators
