| Demarcation of Plots | There are Total of 94 Plots as per Sanctioned map by Agra Development Authority. All the Plots will be demarcated as per the Size and alignment of the plots will are being done as per the approved map. |
| Boundary Wall | The boundary wall of approximately 6 feet height topped by the Iron grill will be constructed along the project boundary . The boundary wall will be constructed with brick and mortar. The wall will be plastered and painted . The wall will be earth quake resistant. |
| Road Work | Flexible Pavement with Compacted Subgrade, 150mm Compacted Granular Sbu-base, topped with Water Bound Macadam and 20mm Pre-mix carpet as wearing course. The Slopes- Longitudinal and transverse will be maintained to assist smooth ride and quick removal of water. |
