| Road Work | The roads, 7.5 m and 9 m wde will have the compacted subgrade, Granular Sub -base of min 150mm, granular base for flexible pavement . The CC road or paver interlocking shall be provided at the required location. |
| Footpaths | The Inerlocking paver blocks of minimum 60mm having strength of M-25 will be laid over compacted erath and a bed of sand 30-40mm thck. |
| Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities | The water will be supplied to each unit through 80mm wide PVC pipe line connected to the water tank of capacity 200000 liter. The underground water will be pumped through submersible set p. |
| Sewer System | 200 mm diameter NP3 hume pipe will be laid in the project to cater for the residential needs of each unit. The Inspection chambers of sixze 1.00 x 1.20 x . 1.50 will be constructed in concrete. The slopes will be to ensure the gravtional flow and early clearance. |
