| Demarcation of Plots | All the plots will be demarcated as per the approved plan inclusive of roads 7.5m and 9m wide. The orientation of the units and all other parts of the project will as per approved map using latest survey equipment and skilled professionals |
| Boundary Wall | A boundary wall of 6 to 8 feet will be constructed for the project periphery. The wall will be constructed in brick work. The brick work will be done in cement mortar, and it will be plastered and painted. The foundation will be as per design . |
| Road Work | The Flexible or Rigid Pavements will be constructed in the project. The Wearing course will be laid on minimum 150mm compacted granular layer over the compacted subgrade to the minimum desired density of 98 percent. |
| Footpaths | Paver block will be laid for footpaths. The 100mm block of M-15 strength will be laid on 50mm sand bed over a compacted layer of 200mm |
