| Demarcation of Plots | There are Total of 67 Residential Plots plus 2 Commercial Plots as per Sanctioned map by Ghaziabad Development Authority. All the Plots will be demarcated by the kerb stones at the corners as per the size and alignment of the plots will be done as per the approved map. |
| Boundary Wall | Project Boundary with Wall / MS Grill (of approximately 6 feet height over RCC plinth beam) will be constructed along the project boundary as per sanctioned map by Ghaziabad Development Authority. The foundation of the boundary will be constructed with RCC / brick and mortar. |
