| Road Work | Internal roads of 6Mtr and External Roads are 9mtr to be constructed in the project along with path ways of 1.5mtr as per approved layout plan, 9mt wide RCC road (trimix) around the building block shall be constructed as per CPWD Specifications. |
| Footpaths | The same will be developed as per approved Layout Plan the same will be developed according to the planning / foothpath shall be in CC or 50mn paver blocks along with the complete lenght of road. |
| Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities | Drinking water storage will be built on the roof of building which will have supply from Integrated township main water supply line. Under grounf water shall be pumped to the Terrace tanks for domestic supply of water. Water to the units shall be through downcomer pipees as per detailed design. |
