| Demarcation of Plots | The project land will be clearly demarcted on land with the project boundary wall. The building lines and the setbacks from the periphery to the building line will be maintained as per the byelaws. |
| Boundary Wall | A 8 feet high boundary wall will be constructed for the project. The foundation of the boundary wall will be earthquake resistant. The wall will be constructed in brick and mortar with reinforced columns at specified intervals. The wall will be plastered and painted. |
| Road Work | The concrete road will be constructed in the project. The 200 mm CC layer will be laid over DLC and GSB. The surface texturing will be done to ensure antiskid paving surface. |
| Footpaths | The interlocking paver blocks will be laid to the minimum width of 1m. The M-20 paver blocks of the depth 60-80 mm will be laid for the footpath. The footpsth will be on the periphery of the parks and at all suitable locations to encourage walking by the residents. |
| Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities | The ground water will be pumped to the underground water take of minimum 10000 kl. Thereon the water will be pumped to the terrace tanks. From treerace tanks the water will be supplied to each unit and common areas of the project. The pipe line will be rust free PVC pipes of sufficient diameter to cater the domestic requuirements of the project. |
| Sewer System | The sewer syster , vertical and horizontal will be installed in the project to cater for the domestic and common area sewer.
