| Demarcation of Plots | The Project Land will be demarcated by its boundary wall to the exact shape, size and orientation as per sanctioned map by Meerut Development Authority. |
| Boundary Wall | A 2.4m high boundary wall of cement block will be constructed and will be painted. |

| Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities | A overhead water tank of 1.00 Lac capacity will be constructed. The water from there will be delivered through underground PVC pipe line. |
| Sewer System | A sewage will be collected through RCC Hume Pipe arrangement and inspection chambers leading to the STP tank of the project, from where the sewage will be disposed off. |
| Drain | Surface drain will be laid on lean concrete bed on compacted earth in required size with brick work and 1 X 4 plaster over it. |
