The Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC) is a mega infrastructure and industrial development project spanning 1,483 kilometres along the Western Dedicated Freight Corridor (DFC) between Delhi and Mumbai, designed to create a globally competitive manufacturing and investment destination by developing industrial cities, smart townships, and logistics hubs along the corridor.
The DMIC is one of the most consequential infrastructure initiatives for Indian real estate in the 21st century. As the Dedicated Freight Corridor becomes operational and industrial nodes develop, the corridor will generate enormous demand for industrial, residential, and commercial real estate making DMIC-adjacent locations some of India's most promising long-term real estate investment destinations.
