
Indian actor Akshaye Vinod Khanna has purchased an apartment in Malabar Hill, Mumbai, for ₹33.26 crore.
The transaction was registered in September 2026, according to property registration documents available through the Maharashtra Inspector General of Registration records.
The property is located at 30 Little Gibbs, Malabar Hill Road, Mumbai. The apartment has a carpet area of 2,341.39 sq ft (217.52 sq m) and a balcony area of 175.45 sq ft (16.29 sq m).
Together, the apartment and balcony cover a total area of 2,516.84 sq ft (233.82 sq m).
The property also includes three parking units. The transaction attracted a stamp duty payment of ₹1.99 crore and registration charges of ₹30,000.
Malabar Hill is one of Mumbai's prominent premium residential neighbourhoods.
The South Mumbai locality is situated along the Arabian Sea and is known for premium residences, established neighbourhoods and limited availability of high-end homes.
