Alhejaz Gardens Real Estate is preparing to launch two new developments while targeting EGP 15 billion in sales over the next year. The move forms part of a broader expansion push as the company looks to grow beyond the markets it has traditionally operated in, signalling a more ambitious phase in its development pipeline compared with previous years.
The company said its upcoming pipeline includes:
Together, these projects mark Alhejaz Gardens' entry into New Cairo and Sheikh Zayed City, two areas outside its established footprint, as the company works toward its EGP 15 billion sales target.
The addition of a mixed-use commercial and administrative project in The Sign also points to the company diversifying beyond its residential-focused portfolio, while the fully integrated community planned for New Cairo suggests a larger-scale, multi-phase development rather than a standalone residential project.

As part of its expansion plans, Alhejaz Gardens has appointed Ahmed Samir ElDesouky as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to oversee the company's commercial operations.
ElDesouky said the company's commercial strategy focuses on strengthening sales and marketing operations, expanding partnerships with real estate brokerage firms and enhancing both direct and indirect sales channels to support sustainable growth and increase market share.
The appointment reflects the company's intent to back its expansion plans with dedicated commercial leadership as it pushes into new geographic markets.
Alhejaz Gardens has delivered projects in Maadi, Zahraa El Maadi, Sheraton, Haram, Hadayek Al Ahram, Dokki, Mokattam and Nasr City, and is now seeking to expand into New Cairo and Sheikh Zayed City.
This existing track record across several established Cairo neighbourhoods forms the base from which the company is now moving into newer, higher-growth areas of the capital.
ElDesouky brings more than 20 years of experience across Egypt, the UAE and Saudi Arabia, having held senior commercial positions at companies including Coldwell Banker Egypt, Talaat Moustafa Group (TMG), SODIC, DAMAC Properties, La Vista Developments, Amer Group, MG Developments, NCB Developments, ADC Developments and Wealth Holding Developments.
This breadth of experience across some of the region's most established developers is expected to support Alhejaz Gardens as it scales up its commercial operations to meet its expansion targets.
