Amwaj Development, a Dubai-based boutique real estate developer, has completed the handover of Starlight Park in Meydan. The handover took place during the first week of October 2026, marking the company's first project delivery in Dubai and a significant milestone in its growth.

Located in District 11, Meydan, Starlight Park comprises 172 apartments distributed across four buildings. Each building features a basement, ground floor, five upper floors and a roof level. The residences include one-, two- and three-bedroom configurations.
