ATAL has begun construction and sales at Wzgórze Oruni. It is a new residential development on ul. Emilii Hoene. The site is in the Orunia Górna district of Gdańsk.

The scheme comprises four five-storey buildings. It will offer 111 apartments in total.

Unit sizes range from around 30 sqm to nearly 93 sqm, with one to four rooms. Upper-floor flats will have glazed balconies.

Ground-floor units will include private gardens. Completion is scheduled for the second quarter of 2028.

Inside the 111-apartment development

Agnieszka Majkusiak, director general for sales and marketing at ATAL, said the company is not slowing down in the Trójmiasto area.

She noted that this launch comes shortly after ATAL acquired a local developer and its assets.

She said the project brings ATAL's current offer in the region to ten investments, with further projects planned, including in Gdańsk.

The development will also include:

  • An underground car park with 133 spaces
  • Storage rooms
  • A recreation and play zone in the southern part of the site
  • Barrier-free access throughout
  • A security monitoring system

Location, pricing and finishing options

The site borders Park Oruński, the third-largest municipal park in Gdańsk. It lies 5 km from the city centre.

A bus stop is 400 metres away. The city centre and the Trójmiasto ring road are reachable by car in around ten minutes.

A planned extension of the Pomorska Kolej Metropolitalna railway is expected to add stops within walking distance.

Prices start at zł13,000 per sqm. They reach zł15,200 per sqm in shell condition.

Buyers can also opt for a turnkey finish through ATAL's Design programme. This is available in Classic, Comfort and Premium packages, which differ in material selection, scope and price.

Part of ATAL's decade-long Trójmiasto presence

ATAL marks its tenth year of activity in the Trójmiasto area in 2026.

The company has completed nine projects in the region, with a further nine currently under way.

Customers have purchased more than 2,000 apartments in the region over that period. Earlier this year, ATAL acquired local developer Budner, together with its assets.
