Azizi Developments has moved to 24-hour construction at Azizi Venice, its flagship development in Dubai South.
The decision reflects the scale of the project and the developer's stated commitment to maintaining delivery momentum across one of Dubai's most ambitious residential communities.
Across the rest of its portfolio, Azizi is running minimum 10-hour construction shifts daily, including at the fourth and final phase of its Riviera development.
The numbers behind Azizi Venice put it in a category of its own among Dubai's current residential pipeline:
Azizi is acting as master developer, responsible not just for the residential buildings but for roads and all infrastructure across the site. Residences frame the lagoon shoreline, and leisure, retail and commercial spaces are woven into the waterfront setting.

The round-the-clock schedule is made possible in part by how Azizi has structured its supply chain. The developer procures and manufactures its own construction materials, removing dependence on third-party suppliers that can slow large-scale projects.
Its dedicated construction partner, Gardinia, handles execution exclusively across Azizi sites, giving the developer tighter control over timelines, quality oversight and contractor coordination than a standard outsourced model would allow.

Farhad Azizi, Group CEO of Azizi Group, said maintaining strong construction momentum is central to the company's commitment to its customers.
He described operating around the clock at Venice and running extended shifts across other sites as a mobilisation of the resources needed to advance developments efficiently, while holding to the quality standards the group has set for itself.
For buyers in a market where off-plan delivery timelines are scrutinised closely, the visibility of physical progress matters as much as the construction schedule itself.
Running 24 hours at a 36,000-unit development is the kind of signal that is hard to miss.
