Bloom Holding has announced Alhambra, the final release of Bloom Living its fully integrated and all-inclusive community in Abu Dhabi.
The launch marks the completion of the residential development journey that began with Cordoba and Toledo, the community's first and second phases, where residents are already living.
Alhambra brings the community's retail and social centrepiece to life through Souk Alhambra.
Inspired by Mediterranean Spanish architecture, Alhambra centres on Souk Alhambra a curated retail and services destination designed to serve as the social hub of the entire Bloom Living development.
The souk brings together everyday essentials alongside dining and retail in a format designed for walkability, allowing residents to access everything they need without leaving the community.
Carlos Wakim, CEO of Bloom Holding, described Alhambra as a defining milestone for Bloom Living, bringing residential, retail, dining and essential services together in one walkable destination.
He said the vision behind the development is a community that is complete, connected and centred around everyday life, where ease, access and meaningful experiences are built into the address rather than added later.

Wakim confirmed that Bloom Living's first two phases Cordoba and Toledo are occupied and active, with residents already living and thriving in the community.
The remaining phases are progressing on schedule. Alhambra is the final residential release, meaning that once this phase sells out, Bloom Living's residential programme will be complete.

Bloom Living is designated as an investment zone, allowing buyers of all nationalities to purchase residential units within the development.
That designation broadens the buyer pool significantly beyond UAE nationals and GCC residents, positioning Bloom Living as an accessible option for international investors and end-users looking for an integrated Abu Dhabi community address.
For buyers who have tracked the development across its earlier phases, Alhambra represents a final window to purchase within a community where the lifestyle infrastructure is already in place and the neighbourhood fabric is already forming around it.
