Booking Holdings India leases office space at RMZ Ecoworld in Bengaluru

Booking Holdings India has leased 111,525 sq ft of office space at RMZ Ecoworld in Bengaluru. The new lease expands the company's presence in one of the city's major commercial corridors.

The office space is located on the eighth floor of RMZ Ecoworld Series 30, Campus 30. The five-year lease commenced on July 3, 2026, with RMZ Hotels as the landlord.

Booking Holdings to Pay ₹1.33 Crore Monthly Rent

Booking Holdings India will pay a monthly rent of around ₹1.33 crore for the newly leased space. This translates to approximately ₹119.60 per sq ft per month.

The agreement includes a security deposit of ₹8 crore and provides for a 15% escalation in rent every three years. Over the initial five-year term, the total rent is estimated at around ₹84.8 crore.

The transaction was recorded in property registration documents accessed through Propstack.

Booking Holdings and RMZ did not respond to Economic Times queries before publication.

Booking Holdings Expands RMZ Ecoworld Footprint

With the latest lease, Booking Holdings' total office footprint at RMZ Ecoworld has increased to approximately 2.65 lakh sq ft.

The company already occupies office space at Campus 31 within the development.

Booking Holdings' Bengaluru office supports technology and other corporate functions for the group's global businesses.

The company operates Booking.com and other online travel and accommodation platforms internationally.

Bengaluru Continues to Attract Large Office Leases

The latest transaction comes amid continued demand for large-format office space in Bengaluru.

Technology companies, global capability centres and multinational businesses continue to expand or consolidate their operations in the city.

Bellandur and the wider Outer Ring Road corridor remain important commercial locations because of their concentration of technology companies and large office campuses.

RMZ Ecoworld is among the major developments serving this office market.

Booking Holdings' expansion adds another sizeable corporate lease to Bengaluru's commercial property market and reflects continued demand for large office facilities from global companies.
